How much is freight?

Freight is free for Sydney deliveries as long as your card is over $60, otherwise it is $20 per delivery.

Are there any other costs, when buying through Growersdirect.com.au?

No. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and are in Australian currency.

Where do you deliver too?

We currently deliver to the Northern Neaches of Sydney. Areas will expand as soon as possible. Tuesday Delivery - Available for any order placed from Thursday 8pm - Monday 8pm Friday Delivery - Available for any order placed from Monday 8pm - Thursday 8pm

How long do deliveries normally take?

We currently deliver to the northern each Tuesday & Friday each week.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of sale to arrange for a return of remaining stock. On return we can use the returned value to replace with a preferred product, or as a store credit for future purchases. (Please note that initial pickup/return is free of charge, however if changes are made after return has been initiated, or if a second lodgement is required, costs of subsequent pick up(s) will be deducted from overall credit raised.) In the instances of fault, we can arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. Freight & merchant fees are non-refundable.

Do all prices on your website include local taxes?

Yes all prices include local taxes except where otherwise stated.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it is confirmed with our growers so it not able to be canceled. You add a new order, however cannot adjust orders once paid for.

Does Growersdirect.com.au price match?

It is not possible to keep track of all prices on the goods we offer. If you find a cheaper price within 2 days from when you purchased it, we will match it and then beat it by 10%. Note pricing must be from a Sydney company shipping from Sydney and must include all local taxes, product must be the exact condition which you have purchased from Growersdirect.com.au and must have a min 7 day shelf life.
